Shipping policy

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after business hours will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking numbers may appear active before the carrier scans the package. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates after shipment.


Production Time for Logo Items

Many of our logo’d items are custom printed to order. These items are printed, inspected, and packaged by our team before shipment.

Because of this, some logo’d items — especially tall sizes or extended sizes — may require additional processing time before shipping.


Shipping Times

After processing, standard delivery times are typically:

Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage)
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Express Shipping

Customers who select Priority or Express Shipping will receive faster carrier transit times.

Express orders typically ship within 1–3 business days after processing and move through USPS using Priority Mail service.


Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the shipping carrier, Koloa Surf Company is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, including weather delays, carrier disruptions, or transit issues.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses at checkout.

Orders returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Koloa Surf Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers should contact the carrier directly to open a claim if a package is missing.

Order Status & Tracking Updates

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and shipping confirmation.

Please note that tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the package is scanned by the carrier. During high-volume shipping periods, tracking updates may be delayed.

If your tracking number shows “Pre-Shipment” or “Label Created”, it means your order has been packed and is waiting for carrier pickup.


Shipping Delays

While most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window, shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays due to weather, holidays, high shipping volume, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates and not guaranteed.


High Volume Periods

During holiday seasons, promotions, or high order volume, processing times may be extended slightly. We appreciate your patience while we prepare and ship your order.
