Refund policy

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date.

All returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unused, and in original condition with tags attached (if applicable).

A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from all refunds.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


How to Return

Please visit our Return Portal to submit a return. 

Important:
Please include your packing slip or order number inside the package so we can process your return promptly.

Processing Time

Please allow up to 14 business days for us to receive and process your return once it arrives at our facility.


Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, minus the 25% restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges.

Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your statement.


Exchanges

Need a different size or color? No problem. This can all be handled in our Return Portal.

If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued according to our return policy.


Please Note

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Items returned worn, washed, damaged, or without tags may not qualify for a refund.
International returns are not accepted at this time.
