SHIPPING & TRACKING:

• Tracking is assigned when the order is processed, it does not ship the same day.

• The approximate handling time for an order is one (1) business day, which does not include weekends or holidays. The order is then expected to be shipped within 2-5 business days. Standard delivery is 3-5 business days after that.

• Please be advised, some logo’d, tall and larger sized items may take longer than the estimated delivery times.

• All of our logo’d items are printed custom, hand ironed and packaged and we make sure all of our items are perfect before they ship.

Please Include:

• Copy of your invoice with the reason for return

• If the product is returned in its original condition (new & unused-tags must be attached)

• If you have more than one item to return/exchange, please send in one package.

 

Requirements for a full refund:

• Items must be in new condition

• Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories

• Clothing must be unworn

• Copy of your invoice (make sure to write on the invoice what size and color you would like to receive) Please keep in mind we only do "even" exchanges

We don’t accept products that are:

• Used

• Stained

• Damaged or smell of cigarette smoke

 

Returns must not be washed, worn or altered. We will charge a restocking fee (50% of item's price) for items that are not in their original condition.

Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your returned merchandise.

We will refund the price of the merchandise, including any taxes you were charged, excluding all applicable shipping charges, upon receiving the item. Allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
